Need/Opportunity: Over 70% of hospitals surveyed in Benin City, Nigeria still use a paper-based system to manage their operations. The challenge with paper-based systems includes poor communication between providers and patients outside the hospital, fragmented experience for both providers and patients, and providers' lack of clinical decision support in taking better care of their patients. Some of the barriers to digital adoption in Nigeria include the high cost of equipment installation & maintenance, lack of technical support/expertise, and lack of constant supply of electricity.

Solution: We are a mobile-first, digital front-office system for healthcare providers to improve their clinical & administrative workflows. We are addressing the need for healthcare providers to digitize their administrative and clinical workflows so they can improve patient care, improve communication with patients and other healthcare providers.
